In Google Reader you can grab a “next” bookmarklet under setttings in the “goodies” section. Rather than going to Google Reader to check for new items you can simply click the “next” bookmark on your toolbar and it will load the actual page — not the google reader page. This is good because it accomplishes two things: 1) less clicks to get to news and 2) reading in context. I would love to see something like this for tumblr if there isn’t already. Update: This is like stumbleupon for sites I know I like. Update 2: When you’re out of items google makes a funny.
